Thom Fougere explores how we live and interact with our interiors by designing furniture that is both fair and archetypical at the same time.

In 2011, at the tender age of 24, Thom Fougere took over creative direction of the Canadian Furniture Design Studio EQ3 after studying architecture. There, he gave the company a completely new direction from its graphic design through to the in-house product line and stores’ design. Since 2015 he now heads his own label, which offers creative direction, furniture and interior services. The studio moves between art and design with a core focus on furniture design and objects for the home.

Each project is subject to Fougere's careful and intensive material research while incorporating historical, functional and aesthetic features. His designs have already been presented to international audiences at exhibitions in Stockholm, Milan, Toronto and New York.
