A Hotel to Feel at Home
Design-conscious travelers have travel company Thomas Cook to thank for their brand new lifestyle hotel recently built in Rhodes, Greece.
Design and interiors were envisioned and implemented by designer Annabell Kutucu and Michael Schickinger from Lambs & Lions. The vibe felt at Casa Cook is a mix between urban living and Mediterranean, all the while being perched in a magnificent setting at the foot of the Kolymbia mountain, on the east side of the island.
Casa Cook offers a space to relax and communal barbecues at sunset in the central pool with music performed by an in-house DJ. In the Kitchen Club, local food along with healthy and delicious dishes are served in a wide variety of options. Whether it’s yoga, hiking, exploring waterfalls or sailing along the coast, Casa Cook offers its guests an abundance of leisure activities. Nothing or everything can be done here.
The property has a total of 90 rooms, all decorated with a palette of neutral earthy tones and materials such as woods and linen.
Many items from the rooms also also be bought from the hotel’s concept store. Labels such as ByNord, Broste Copenhagen, Tine K Home, Housedoctor and also local handmade products can be found.
Casa Cool is an incredible fusion of modern design without losing authenticity or a local Mediterranean charm.
